You will sign an agreement with us as a long-term corporate client

We will complete the monthly inspections of the property and since it is our business we will ensure the property is maintained to a good condition

You will continue to maintain and nurture your relationship with the landlord, ultimately making it a more profitable relationship for them. In return, more landlords will want to work with you.

The landlord will pay your fee as normal, so we create a win-win profitable and successful relationship.

Our contract will typically be between 3 and 5 years in duration, which is substantially longer than a normal AST. You and the landlord therefore have a guaranteed fee and rent for a longer period with very little work involved.

We are a business and will therefore be signing with you a management agreement or corporate let agreement not an AST. We have templates that we can use for this agreement or we are more than happy to use one that you might have and prefer to use.
